NJHS 2016 Field Trip

NJHS 2016 Field Trip
Posted on 05/16/2016
NJHS capped off a fruitful year with an exiting, multi-destination field trip. After strolling around the Pelican Island Sanctuary, the group visited the Barrier Island Center. Next stop was Ryckman Park in Melbourne Beach, where they picnicked and played. Last stop was Escape Zone, where the intrepid students were divided into three groups. Each group was locked into a themed room. The CSI and Heist team members successfully collaborated and managed to escape. The Zombie team did not make it....

Many, many thanks to the wonderful parents who gave of their time to transport students and chaperone this annual adventure: Mrs Twomey, Mrs. Kessler, Mrs. Musolino, Mr. Marshall, and Mr. Altamura.

To be considered for NJHS membership, students must place on the 'A' or 'A/B' honor roll for the first three quarters.Faculty and staff then consider each student based on the four NJHS pillars: scholarship, leadership, service, character.
