Mrs. Springer

Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Springer

Kristin Springer - Music Teacher

I am looking forward to making music with your child in daily classes at SCJHS. As music teacher for over five years, I am confident that your child will enjoy and excel in the musical, movement, and dramatic games and lessons that will take place. Many interdisciplinary themes and musical genres will be explored – motivating your child’s confidence and language skills while making fond memories.  Some lessons will include Chromebooks and/or instruments.

A bit about me:

I moved from New Jersey over the summer, after teaching classroom music for six years. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Teaching Music; from a joint program at New York University and New Jersey City University. However, I'm a Floridian at heart; having grown up in Seminole County and having earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at Florida State University. In returning to Florida, I get to live closer to family and enjoy water-sports more frequently. I live in West Melbourne with my husband and chihuahua, Bella.
